Ordering
Our product consultant staff is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to provide product and technical support, pricing, shipping information, and estimating.
Payment
Payment is required in full before an order can be scheduled for shipment or before production can begin.
Customers paying with cash, check, receive a 5% discount. We also accept Major credit cards: VISA, Paypal.
Delivery
Delivery schedule varies, depending on product availability. Your product consultant will keep you informed as to when you can expect delivery. Customers will be notified of estimated arrival times 24 - 48 hours prior to shipping.
Shipping
Delivery addresses must be accessible by a truck or a van. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any travel restrictions in the job site area, to obtain any special access permits, and to furnish equipment and labor to unload the products at the site.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The estimated costs are itemized on the sales order and are subject to change, depending on site conditions and industry rates.
Warranty
Azall Design grants a limited warranty that its castings will be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. A one-year limited warranty applies to our finishing. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, during the period of the warranty, at no cost to the purchaser.
Defects must be reported within 30 days after discovery.
Returns
We do authorize product returns. Refunds are issued only for products that are defective or in resalable condition. Custom shapes, colored products, and special texture products are not returnable. We do not accept COD freight charges. |
